What is Tuxedo?

Tuxedo is a website used mainly to find patient insurance information for patients of Inspire Diagnostics. We also used it to look through test results and medical records of patients. Patient information is important because there are many instances in that we could find a child or minor patient’s information or insurance details through their parents. If there are relatives in Tuxedo, we have greater chances of getting our hands on the information we need.

Why do you need Tuxedo?
  • We can use Inspire to identify missing insurance information of an individual. We can also track the insurance of individuals or their contact numbers in case we need to call them to verify the information.
  • Collectors and other medical billing staff are in constant need of medical records and test results which are used for appeals.
  • When we submit medical records, we also submit the test results. We never submit medical records or test results alone.

Purpose / Uses of Tuxedo:
  • We can check information and compare the patient information between Tuxedo and the medical billing system (example: QRS)
  • We can double-check details for denials due to wrong patient information: name and date of birth
  • We can find relatives or related accounts.

Reminders:
  • Tuxedo can be used in both the local browser and in the RDP.
  • This website is for multiple-user access, so you would not kick anyone using it at the same time as you do.
  • Tuxedo accounts are owned by our clients/providers. Please do not edit any information.
  • Please be careful in using them and avoid the account from being locked.
